A standard 'ad valorem' fee

Fees calculated on a sliding scale based on the value of the portfolio.

A fixed cash fee that will rise annually in line with inflation

Calculated as the standard fee above but fixed at outset. Thereafter increased annually in line with inflation. Adjustments are made to the base fee for inflows and outflows.

A performance related fee

This has a base element that is half of either of the two standard fee scales described above plus an annual performance element calculated as a percentage of the return of the portfolio above a specified level.

Transaction Charges

Unlike many of our competitors we do not levy additional transaction, compliance or custody charges. Interest on cash, except for ISA's (for tax reasons) is credited in full.

Underlying fund charges

Any commission we receive from investments in collective investment schemes will be rebated and we will seek to negotiate away any initial charges that might be levied.
