Bob Brown Chairman

Since leaving the University of Durham with a degree
in Politics, Psychology and Economics, Bob has worked
in investment management for forty years. After eleven
years with Phillips & Drew he joined DRG in 1980 and
took the investment management of the DRG Pension
Fund in-house. With his fellow directors he set up RCBIM in May
1990. He is an Affiliate of the Society of Investment Professionals and
a past Secretary of the Western Group of the National Association of
Pension Funds.
Alan Beaney Investment Director

Alan has thirty years experience in the investment
industry. He started as a property analyst at Phillips
& Drew before moving into investment management
with ICI Pension. Since then he has held a number of
senior positions with firms such as Lloyds Investment
Management and Investec Guinnness Flight. Prior to joining RCBIM he
was Head of Investment for Principal Investment Management.
Alan Comer Managing Director

Alan has more than forty years experience in investment
administration and management. From Manchester
stockbrokers Henry Cooke Lumsden he moved to the
Greater Manchester Council and helped set up their
Superannuation Fund. He joined DRG in 1982 to take
their investment administration in-house. Alan is responsible for
both the day to day management of RCBIM and oversees our
investment administration team.
Glenn Meyer Head of Managed Funds

Glenn has thirty years experience in the investment
industry. He began his career as a graduate trainee
at Lloyds Bank. After a period running private client
portfolios for customers of the bank he joined Lloyds
Investment Managers and became a specialist unit
trust manager. He left Lloyds in 1997 and joined Pavilion Asset
Management as Senior UK equity fund Manager. Prior to joining
RCBIM Glenn worked for Standard and Poor's for seven years as
a Director of Fund Research.
Oliver Brown Investment Director

Oliver joined RCBIM four years ago after training as a
Chartered Accountant with Grant Thornton, working
on a number of listed clients in a variety of sectors,
developing specialisms in the construction, leisure
and IT industries. Prior to this, Oliver graduated from
Birmingham University with a degree in Money, Banking and Finance.
Robert Clark Sales & Marketing Director

Robert has been in the Financial Services industry
for almost twenty five years. Having started out with
Barclays, he progressed through the Retail Banking
sector before moving to Barclays Wealth in the Channel
Islands, and then heading up their Private Client sales
operation across the Middle East. Most recently he was Regional
Sales Manager for Merchant Investors, responsible for promoting
their relationships with Independent Financial Advisers and
Discretionary Investment firms.
Lindsey Jones Compliance Director

Lindsey has over twenty years experience in financial
services, including periods with Scottish Amicable, the
John Laing Occupational Pension Scheme, a City IFA
and Rea Brothers private bank. Lindsey progressively
specialised in compliance as this side of the industry
developed, before taking on a full-time compliance role with RCBIM
in 2002. Lindsey has since been awarded the Diploma in Investment
Compliance and is a Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute
for Securities and Investment.
