| Bob Brown - Chairman - Age 61
Since leaving the University of Durham with a degree in Politics, Psychology and Economics, Bob Brown has worked in investment management for over 30 years. After 11 years with Phillips & Drew he joined DRG in 1980 and took the investment management of the DRG Pension Fund in-house. With his fellow Directors he set up R.C. BROWN INVESTMENT MANAGEMENT PLC in May 1990. He is an Affiliate of the Society of Investment Professionals and a past Secretary of the Western Group of the National Association of Pension Funds. Bob makes strategic investment decisions and designs portfolios to clients' individual requirements. Alan Comer - Managing Director - Age 58 Alan Comer has over 40 years experience in investment administration and management. From Manchester stockbrokers Henry Cooke Lumsden he moved to the Greater Manchester Council and helped set up their Superannuation Fund. He joined DRG in 1982 to take their investment administration in-house. Alan's experience covers all major areas - UK and overseas equities, property, fixed interest, cash management and stock lending systems and procedures. Alan runs RCBIM. Mike Willis - Investment Manager - Age 36 Mike has been involved in the financial markets for 16 years since starting his career with First National Bank of South Africa where he was a credit manager extending lines of credit to SME's. Mike moved to the UK in early 1996 with a degree in Economics obtained from the University of Port Elizabeth, and has subsequently gained the CFA designation and an MBA from Edinburgh University. Mike has worked in investment management for 9 years since joining Dresdner RCM on the Emerging Markets team. Since then, Mike has been involved in managing UK retail and institutional portfolios, initially with F&C Asset Management where he co-managed the award winning ISIS UK Smaller Company's fund, and joined RCBIM from Insight Investment.Oliver Brown - Investment Analyst - Age 27 Oliver joined RCBIM in December 2006 after training as a Chartered Accountant with Grant Thornton, working on a number of listed clients in a variety of sectors, developing specialisms in the construction and IT industries. Prior to this, Oliver graduated from Birmingham University with a degree in Money, Banking and Finance.At R.C. BROWN INVESTMENT MANAGEMENT PLC all aspects of investment management and administration are dealt with by people with a long experience and depth of knowledge.
